If you need to exchange an item due to size issues, we’re here to help :)! Please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Just a gentle reminder that the item should be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for size exchanges. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange and send out the new size within 7-10 business days.

For refunds, we can only issue them for defective items. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 14 days, and include your order number along with a description of the problem, and photos if you can. If approved, you can return the defective item to us, and we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving it.

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Note that sale items are final sale and can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective.
